The structure and process for creating the culture plan are facilitated by the Culture Quest software.

Vision and Mission are assumed to be in place and satisfactory.

Cultural values (values) set the foundation for a company's culture.

A development team identifies and defines key values, each with strategic actions for achieving and measuring.

The strategic actions are thoroughly documented in project proposals with specifics such as purpose, personnel, deliverables, process and procedures, measurements, and budget.

Each strategic action has an accountable leader.

The complete culture plan is provided online to employees.

Employees offer feedback and opinions on the culture plan and suggest additional strategic actions.
